Our Northwestern Design team collaborated with the Kellogg School of Management to form Team Medium for the Northwestern Kellogg Design Challenge (KDC). Sponsored by Hyster-Yale, we were selected from 40 teams to participate in the competition.

We began our initial research by examining Hyster-Yale's implementation process to understand the current procedures and identify existing gaps.

I then conducted two of the six qualitative interviews to explore common issues in the design process, which allowed me to create our persona and journey map to better understand user experiences.

After designing the persona and journey map, our team organized the findings in a 2x2 matrix and distilled them into actionable insights.

Upon defining the design challenge, we utilizedour insights to brainstorm a range of ideas, exploring different approaches before selecting the best concepts to prototype and refine.

After prototyping, I helped design our final solution, created the pitch deck presentation, and presented it to Hyster-Yale, navigating two rounds of evaluation.
